Mock D.O.T. Audit

We will come into your terminal and perform an audit similar to a D.O.T. audit. This affords you the opportunity to become aware of deficient areas before the DOT finds them. We will also forward written recommendations to correct all deficient areas. This service can be used to strengthen an existing safety program or to develop a new one.

Log Auditing

We will audit all logs for form and manner violations as well as hours of service violations. You receive a monthly report for each driver itemizing violations. The company can then implement a progressive disciplinary program for major violations, reducing the risk of pattern offenders. Your company can expect continual improvement of driver logs by using this service.

Safety Meetings

Safety meetings are a critical element to your safety program. This is where drivers begin to understand that management is committed to a safety program. Topics should be carefully chosen to address an issue that is currently a problem within the company. These meetings can be used as a tool for continual professional growth. This service can be provided at a location of your choice.

Management Training

Safety related areas are addressed to management personnel. A safety program is not efficient until management is involved and supports the program. This is similar to a safety meeting format, but is presented to a smaller audience. Management will receive a thorough understanding of the requirements and how they can be implemented as part of the company's safety program.

Hazardous Material Training

This training is extensive. The haz-mat regulations are confusing to drivers and management. This training will leave you with a basic understanding of haz-mat requirements and an understanding of how to use the regulations to find answers to daily haz-mat issues. This training is required for all drivers and supervisors before handling any task that involves hazardous materials. This training expires each three years due to constantly changing regulations.

Safety Consulting

This service is for carriers that are serious about committing to a safety program. We will come into your office on a regular basis. Many clients refer to this as "rent a safety director". We develop, implement and maintain a safety program in compliance with D.O.T. regulations. We make no changes to your operation, without your consent. This service is performed on an annual contract basis. You will no longer need to sweat when the DOT knocks on your door.

Audit Preparation

This is a last minute emergency service to prepare for a D.O.T. audit. We will review your records and advise you on changes that can be made before the audit. We will assist you in all updating of records and changes that can be made before the audit.
